Wai Yin is a UK Set Designer for theatre and events, with over 15 years experience.  Wai Yin has a Bachelor Degree in Theatre Design from Rose Bruford College, UK.

Wai Yin was former Senior Designer at Resorts World Sentosa Singapore for the Art & Design team in Entertainment for 3 years. Wai Yin designed for a variety of themed events. Often designing the decor for Universal Studios theme park seasonal events, like Halloween Horror Nights and Christmas. She was also responsible for designing events in the Ballroom, Casino, as well as designing installations at S.E.A Aquarium and Adventure Cove Waterpark.

Before joining RWS, Wai Yin was former designer and prop maker for I Theatre Ltd for 3.5 years.  Her experience at I Theatre Ltd included set designs for numerous productions which also toured South East Asia. Wai Yin was also a freelance designer in Singapore for companies such as LASALLE and Pangdemonium, who’s production of Dragonflies was nominated for Best Set .

Wai Yin holds a considerable amount of experience. She is dedicated, hardworking and an enthusiastic person with an endearing personality. Her work ethic always displays a high degree of integrity, responsibility and ambition. She is always striving to challenge herself to think out-of-the-box and create inspiring designs.
